In the beginning of the month I wrote down five goals for myself realistically to meet by the end of the month. What were some of your monthly goals? I'd love to hear some in a comment bellow!
The key is to make a goal that you can meet. Here is where I am at with the goals I set for myself in the beginning of April.
1. Spend more time in reflection.
2. Work out/ get it.
3. Drink more green juice and water
4. Make more time for myself.
5. Read the bible
I have meet them all, maybe not right away which is okay. Maybe a few this past week I have finally meet. Better late than never. Number one I started right away. I spent a lot of time in reflection and it has helped my anxiety tremendously. I have opened up my Bible and started reading it all over again. Thank goodness I have because my five year Daughter is becoming full of questions about heaven and hat happens when we pass away. Why, I am not sure? Kids go through phases right?
I have to admit I am not perfect. I made myself and my Daughters green juice here and there. Not as much as I'd like. I really need to get on that. I also really need a kick in the bee-hind to gain more motivation to keep working out. Usually I really enjoy it. I started this week though, counts then right? I'm blaming it on the crummy weather Michigan keeps having. How did meeting your goals end up?
This last week of the month we're going to "mix it up" and invite ALL of our co-hosts back for a final thank you to everyone who helped to make this past month a success! It's been an absolute blast getting to know each and every one of you guys! :)
