Lately Around The House

Along with the Holiday comes a busy schedule. Therefore I thought I would keep it simple. After all who doesn't enjoy pictures and a little less reading sometimes? Me! ha ha. Here is what we have been up to behind the scenes of the blog.  Please note: most of these photos are from my phone this time around. They may not be the best of quality. 

 Reading. We read a lot. Whether if it's me reading to the girls, Big sister reading the the little ones, or the little ones pretending that they are reading to each other before nap time.

 The littlest decided she was going to finally wear her patch. yes, surprising and yes we praised her.

There has been some special father and daughter time spent. Notice the pillows? She had to be like her daddy. He he he!

She has been such a big helper in the kitchen lately. Also she has had her own sense of fashion. I am okay with that. 

Speaking of fashion, we have our own future fashion designer in progress. Keep it up sweet child of mine. I will proudly wear your designs. 

Lastly, snow! Lost of it too. Not only have we received snow, we also had ice. I much rather prefer snow over ice.

Photo Friday

Happy Friday! Even though I'm a stay at home mom I still look forward to my Fridays. There is just something about Fridays. 

This is our second photo friday. It is a fun recap of our past week in photos. An easy and enjoyable way to see what we were up to.

Sunday we went on a hike ok a wooden trail through the woods with Grandma and Grandpa.

Helen was a trooper.

 

The Grass was just as tall as Helen. He he.

We came across a mama and baby deer.

We were able to see the mama deer eat and supply food for her baby. Amazing!

At the end of our hike. Yay, we did it!

 We finished with a snack along the edge of the river watching catfish swim. 

Our week ended at the new/old park. Our hearts were torn when it had burned it down. They just re-opned it.

It is now bigger and even better.

And full of endless entertainment!
