5 Reasons You Are Beautiful The Way You Are.

This past weekend I sat down with my three Daughters and asked them a somewhat difficult question. 

What makes a person beautiful besides their outer appearances?

As we sat around the breakfast table they grew quiet for a moment. I knew they were actually thinking outside the box. Yay! Then out of no where they all started butting in with all these wonderful ideas much to my surprise. Well...I wasn't too surprised honestly because I am always trying to best to teach my Daughters that beauty starts from within us. I am always drilling that in my daughters.  Because lets face it I am sometimes...most the time terrified to raise three girls in todays world and how they look at women and how we should look. Therefore I want my Daughters to truly know beauty comes from within. 

Sitting at the kitchen table in deep discussion about these five ideas that make us beautiful I knew that my Daughters understood mostly what I have been teaching them so far and will continue to teach them. As a Mother I am proud. All though there are moments when we are all not perfect and fall short. They fall short with each other as Sisters even. But in the end it can be a lesson of learning.
