Get to know Katie from Katie's Knits:

Hi! My name is Katie and I live in Alto, MI with my husband and 3 wonderful children. We have a teenage foster daughter and 2 boys, ages 6 and 4. We also have 3 small dogs. I started knitting about a year and a half ago and fell in love with it! Knitting has become a great way for me to relax and decompress. As I began to knit more and more, I developed a stash of everything I had made. What was I going to do with it all? I donated several items to one of the local adoption agencies, but as friends saw my work, they began to encourage me to look into selling it. So, that’s what I’m doing! I’m just starting out, but I’m so excited about it! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
